Convert Studio X follows a simple rule: your files stay on your device, and we handle only the minimum information needed to provide the website and support.
1. Local file processing
The app reads and converts only files you choose on your Mac. The app does not upload file contents to us or use them for training, advertising, or profiling.
2. File access and output
The app accesses selected inputs only for the current task and keeps system authorization only for your selected output folder. Originals stay unchanged, and outputs are verified new files.
3. Diagnostics
The app includes no analytics or telemetry SDK. It does not collect filenames, full paths, file contents, conversion records, or usage profiles. Apple and the Mac App Store may process crash or download information under their own policies.
4. Website visits
This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Static hosting infrastructure may process standard request metadata such as IP address, request time, page path, and browser identifier to serve and protect the site.
5. External destinations
Download links open an Apple website or the Mac App Store, and the support address opens your email app. Those services process data under their own policies.
