By using Convert Studio X, you agree to these terms.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app on compatible Mac computers you control.
2. Access and use
Convert Studio X is available through the Mac App Store. Its price, available features, and other acquisition terms are those shown on the App Store when you download or purchase it.
3. Requirements and availability
The app requires macOS 15 or later. Available formats depend on system capabilities, input condition, and selected settings; the app shows only options the current environment can perform.
4. Files and backups
You are responsible for having the right to process selected files and for keeping backups before important work. The app does not overwrite originals, but you should still confirm outputs meet your needs.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the app to infringe intellectual property, evade legal restrictions, process content you have no right to use, or interfere with the app or its distribution channels.
6. Disclaimers and limits
The app is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every damaged, protected, or nonstandard file can be converted, and we are not liable for indirect loss beyond what applicable law requires.
